Users & Extensions

Add everyone who needs a phone extension. Each user will get their own extension number.

Extensions are typically 3 digits (e.g. 100, 101, 102). Leave blank if you'd like us to assign them.

Ring Groups

Ring groups allow multiple phones to ring when a number or extension is called. Great for departments like Sales or Support.

Ring All: All phones ring simultaneously. Hunt: Rings one phone at a time until answered.
